Sanjiv Gosain is a graduate From IHM Chennai and alumnus of Oberoi School of Hotel Management. He has extensive Food & Beverage and Hotel Operations experience spanning over 35 years. He is an entrepreneur and has operated and owned hotels in the United States of America for the last 30 years.

R K Mohan, “RK” as he is called, is a Founder Trustee with Kshemapath. He comes with an experience of over 30 years at leadership positions from the hospitality industry to the IT industry. He initiated the formation of “AOL India Trust” and was the founder Chairman. During his tenure with AOL India Trust he initiated and developed programs for a few unaided schools in Sarjapur area of Bangalore besides supporting Acharya Rakum Blind School at Bangalore. He is a keen supporter of a school for under privileged  children at Siddapur, Kodagu. He is also an avid environmentalist and is planting over 500 trees at a a village near Mangalore.

Davinder heads RMG MILEAGE LLP, a pan India corporate events company specialising in meetings, incentives and conferences. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in experiential and cause related events. The closest to his heart being the – Kids Eco Environ Secretariat (KEES) which he executed in collaboration with The National Musem of Natural History (NMNH) Ministry of Environment

Apoorva Lochan is a Founder Trustee of Kshema Path Trust.  He heads Cerebral Solutions since 2006, which offers Executive Search services & Training interventions for Corporates.  Apoorva has been facilitating meditation workshops for students in India & abroad, as well as conducting “Happiness workshops” since 2000,for the Army, diplomats, Monks, doctors, psychologists, Educators, bureaucrats, police officials, CEOs, etc. He also offers holistic healing sessions, for specially abled children.
